Homemade Takoyaki Recipe

Oh Allah! I'm craving on Takoyaki! I'm drooling. The first takoyaki that I had ate was bought from a stall at Pekan Rabu (just located in front of my neighbourhood at Simpang Ampat Semanggol, Perak). For me, it was expensive because its size is small and not yummy at all.

When Mak and I shopping in AEON Taiping, I caught a takoyaki franchais at the food court. I asked Mak to buy it. The price was suited well with its size and very scrumptious! So, every time I going to AEON Taiping, I'll find this takoyaki.

This is homemade Takoyaki recipe. Badly, I didn't have takoyaki's pan. However, I think of Okonomiyaki. I hope its taste is same as takoyaki.

RESEPI HOMEMADE TAKOYAKI
Bahan-bahan

250g tepung takoyaki (kalau guna tepung gandum tambah sedikit garam dan gunakan dashi penganti air) *dashi = air rebusan fish flakes.
2 biji telur
700ml air
Bahan Isi
tako(sotong) - direbus dan dipotong kecil
kubis - dicincang halus
daun bawang (optional) -potong halus
Bahan Topping
mayonis
sos okonomiyaki - (Worcestershire sauce pun boleh kalau susah nak jumpa yg boleh makan)
Katsuobushi@fish flakes@ikan parut
serbuk nori halus

Cara-cara

Campurkan semua bahan2
Kacau hingga tak berketul
Panaskan acuan takoyaki dan sapu minyak sikit
Tuang adunan tepung ke dalam acuan(separuh acuan).
Masukkan bahan2 isi ke dalam tepung.
Tuang lagi adunan tepung hingga menutupi isi
Tunggu hingga bahagian bawah keras sedikit kemudian balik2kan sehingga jadi bulat dan keperangan. (gunakan lidi)
Taburkan fishflakes, sos okonomiyaki, mayonis dan serbuk nori.
Makan waktu panas sangatlah sedap!!
